I am down over one hundred and thirty pounds from my heaviest. My waist is almost to my goal at 36 inches that is 31 inches gone from my waist. My BMI is still obese at 35 % but slowly coming down to jsut fat :) I now wear size 16 ladies pants and size large shirts.
